I bought the rooms and they are locked again

Open the menu, go to the purchase card and tap Restore purchase. The app asks the App Store what you own rather than keeping its own record, so this puts it right on any device signed into the same Apple Account.

If it still does not open, check you are signed into the Apple Account you bought it with, then write to us.

My gems did not come back

They will not, and that is how the App Store works rather than an oversight. Gems are consumable: once spent they are gone, and Apple does not restore them the way it restores the room unlock. Reinstalling the app on a device that was not signed into iCloud will lose any unspent balance.

If gems went missing without being spent, tell us roughly when and we will sort it out.

My progress is not on my other device

Progress follows you through iCloud, so it needs iCloud switched on for TurnWorlds on both devices. In Settings, find iCloud, then apps using iCloud, and make sure TurnWorlds is on.

Sync happens in the background rather than the instant you finish a puzzle. Opening the game on the other device usually settles it.

The game is in the wrong language

It follows your device language when it first opens, and English is used for any language it does not have words for yet. To change it, open the menu, go to Settings, and tap Language.

Each language keeps its own progress, because the French puzzles are different puzzles. Switching back returns you to exactly where you were.

I cannot hear anything

Check the silent switch first: the game respects it deliberately, so that it never interrupts anything you are already listening to.

Then open the menu, go to Settings and then Sound. Music and effects have their own levels and their own mute. If something else was playing when you opened the game, the music starts at zero on purpose and the slider brings it back.

The text is too small

In Settings, turn on Larger text. It enlarges the word list, the menus and everything else, and the word list drops to fewer columns so nothing is clipped. While it is on, an Aa button appears under the menu button; tapping it turns the mode off again.

The letters on the cube itself stay the same size. Use the magnifier, or pinch, to look closer at the grid.

The buttons are on the wrong side for me

In Settings, Controls align moves the menu, the magnifier and everything else to whichever side suits the hand you hold your phone in.

I want a refund

Refunds go through Apple rather than through us. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and find the purchase. We cannot issue refunds ourselves, but tell us what went wrong and we will fix it for the next person.
